Oh BiBi gained wide recognition thanks to its first game, Motor World Car factory, where the player manages an automotive factory. Oldenburg, September 6th 2012 – Brille24, the leading German online retailer for prescription eyeglasses, has closed an equity financing deal – through its holding Tejado GmbH - with growth investment firm TIME.

The leading German e-retailer specialized in affordable high-quality prescription eyeglasses, signed a financing deal with growth investment firm TIME for an amount of up to €12 million, of which €7 million are invested as of today. Matthias Hunecke, who founded the company in 2007 remains the largest shareholder.

Brille24 fulfills a core consumer need by offering prescription eyeglasses with the same quality as those sold by the traditional opticians, but at very affordable prices - an especially relevant value proposition at a time of economic crisis in Europe.

AdScale raises new capital with French investment firm TIME Investors.

Munich, June 1st 2010 - AdScale, the leading marketplace for online advertising in Germany, has announced today the successful conclusion of the financing for its expansion in continental Europe. TIME Investors, a Paris based specialized investment firm providing strategic support to European Telecom, Internet, Media mid-sized companies, is investing more than 5 million euros in AdScale (www.adscale.de) for a minority shareholding and is thus expanding the circle of existing investors, beyond the European Founders Fund and Holtzbrinck Ventures.

TIME supports growth of Oodrive, the French leader of cloud solutions for file management. A total investment of €7.5 million

Paris, April 26th 2011 - Oodrive, the French pioneer of online security and file sharing solutions in SaaS mode (Software as a Service) has opened its capital to growth investment firm TIME for an amount of €3.5 million. The investment can be increased up to €4 million to finance acquisitions.

Established in September 2000, Oodrive is the European leader of remote backup and online file management solutions is set to achieve a turnover close to €18 million this year and. The group has presence in Northern Europe (Germany, Belgium and Switzerland), Southern Europe (Spain) and Asia (Singapore). Oodrive’s solutions are available in 14 languages and used in more than 90 countries.

After having raised €4 million in 2007 from Iris Capital, Oodrive can now also rely on TIME, a telecom, Internet and SaaS specialist, to provide support for its strategic decisions regarding external growth and international expansion.
