The varied backgrounds of TIME’s Partners across consulting, managing and investing in the digital field provide a highly differentiated balance of expertise.

Henri de Bodinat

Co-Founder and President

Henri is a digital economy expert with a strong focus on media and e-commerce. He has worked and led strategic projects in Telecom, Media and Internet sectors.

Prior to founding TIME, Henri occupied several senior executive positions, including Managing Director of Saatchi & Saatchi, CEO of Sony Music France, Vice President Europe of Sony Software, Managing Director of Club Méditerranée and Vice-President at Arthur D. Little.

Henri also co-founded the newspaper "Actuel" and the radio stations "Chérie FM" and "Radio Nova".

Henri sits on the Board of Directors for several TIME portfolio companies: La Boutique Officielle, Zound Industries, L’Usine IO and Madvertise. He has also led investments in Thema TV (sold to Canal+) and iConcerts (sold to Stingray).

Henri is a graduate of HEC, Sciences Po, and Harvard Business School.

Jean-Luc Cyrot
Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Jean-Luc is an highly experienced consultant and digital sector investor. He gained expertise in software, e-commerce and digital business at Arthur D. Little, where he began his career in 1996.

During his 12 years at Arthur D. Little, Jean-Luc worked for many major clients in the fields of TMT and digital commerce, as well as for investment funds and banks across Europe. Jean-Luc became a Partner in 2006 and subsequently was named as head of the Paris office’s TMT department.

Jean-Luc led the investments Brille24 (sold to Essilor in 2019), OhBibi Socialtainment (partially sold to Atomico in 2018), Oodrive (sold in 2017 to Tikehau) and Adscale (sold to Stroer Media in 2013) and currently sits on Geolid Board of Directors.

Jean-Luc regularly teaches marketing and strategy courses at ParisTech and digital transformation at Paris la Sorbonne. He is a graduate of ENSTA ParisTech and also co-founded a digital entrepreneur club near Paris, “Meudon Valley”.

Raphaël Horreard

Partner

Raphaël joined TIME in 2015 as a Senior Associate and was promoted to Principal in 2016 and Partner in 2019.

Raphaël started his carrier at EY in 2009 in Audit before joining the Transaction Advisory Services team in 2011, where he became manager in 2013. During his tenure at EY, Raphaël worked on a large variety of deals, with a focus on M&A Transaction and Restructuring Advisory projects.

His main clients were private equity firms (LBO France, Montefiore) and industrial corporates (Airbus, Valeo, Pixmania). Whilst at EY, Raphaël oversaw recruitments and follow-up of analysts and associates alongside with the Talent Management team.

Raphaël has been involved in TIME investments and holds Board positions in Oslo and La Boutique Officielle as well as being heavily involved in the investment in Geolid, Brille 24 (sold to Essilor in 2019), and Madvertise.

Raphaël graduated from EDHEC Business School.

Alexis Childs

Analyst

Alexis joined TIME for Growth in 2018 as an analyst in the Investment Team.

Before joining TIME, Alexis completed a M&A internship in the TMT sector where he was involved in numerous M&A and financing transactions in the digital sector.

Alexis is involved in the analysis of investment opportunities in the Technology and Digital sectors in Europe, as well as in the follow-up of the portfolio companies.

Alexis graduated from EM Lyon Business School.

Marie Pesnel

Analyst

Marie joined TIME for Growth in 2020 as an analyst in the Investment Team.

Marie started her carrier in Transaction Advisory Services at EY in 2017, where she became senior consultant in 2019. She was involved in numerous due diligences with the Paris and London offices, with a focus on consumer goods sectors (Apparel, e-commerce, cosmetics, wine & spirits).

She is involved in the analysis of investment opportunities in the Technology and Digital sectors in Europe, as well as in the follow-up of the portfolio companies.

Marie graduated from EDHEC Business School.

Alice Vaullerin

Compliance and Internal Control Manager

Alice has been working with TIME for Growth since 2018 as Compliance and Internal Control Manager.

Alice participates in KYC controls, asset valuation, ESG and voting rights policy compliance, risk management and manages relations with regulatory authorities. She is responsible for drafting and updating compliance and internal control procedures.

Previously, Alice worked as a back-office manager for HSBC, as a compliance assistant for Financière d’Uzès and at BRED as a compliance analyst.

Alice is a graduate of ESCE.

Anselme Bizalion

External Financial Officer

Anselme started working as an External Financial Officer at TIME in 2020.

He previsouly worked as a Financial Auditor at PwC and as a Consultant at Akeance.

Anselme graduated from Paris II University (Panthéon-Assas) ans Audencia Business School.
