Henri is a co-founder and president of TIME since 2009.
With a strong expertise in the digital economy, especially in the fields of media and e-commerce, Henri is now a member of the Board of Directors of The Official Shop, Zound Industries, Oh Bibi Socialtainment, L’Usine IO and Madvertise. He also made investments in Thema TV (sold to Canal +) and iConcerts (sold to Stingray).
Prior to TIME, Henri occupied several notable in Media / Entertainment executive positions, notably as Managing Director of Saatchi & Saatchi (Advertising), Managing Director of Sony Music and Vice President Europe of Sony Software. He was also CEO of Club Méditerranée. At the same time, Henri had an entrepreneurial activity, co-founding the newspaper "Actuel" and the radios Chérie FM and Radio Nova.
Finally, Henri was Vice-President of Arthur D. Little for four years, where he led strategic missions for telecom, media and internet groups.
Henri de Bodinat is a graduate of HEC, Sciences Po, and Harvard Business School.
Jean-Luc is co-founder and has been a TIME partner since 2009.
Having gained expertise in software, e-commerce and E-Business, Jean-Luc is currently a member of the Board of Directors of OhBibi Socialtainment, Brille24, Zound Industries and Geolid. He also accompanied Oodrive (sold in 2017 to Tikeheau) and Adscale (sold in 2013).
Jean-Luc joined Arthur D. Little in 1996 and became a partner in 2006 and was named head of the Paris office’s telecom media center. For 12 years at Arthur D. Little, Jean-Luc Cyrot has worked for many major players in the fields of telecommunications (operators and equipment manufacturers) and the internet as well as for investment funds and banks in France and Europe.
Jean-Luc regularly teaches marketing and strategy courses at ParisTech and sits on the Board of Directors of ACSEL, the Association of Digital Economy.
Jean-Luc is a graduate of ENSTA ParisTech.
Raphaël Horreard joined TIME for Growth in 2015 as a senior associate.
Raphaël has since took part in TIME’s investments in Geolid and La Boutique Officielle.
Raphaël started his carrier at EY as an auditor, before joining Transaction Advisory Services in 2011, where he became manager in 2013. He has worked on a large number of missions, both in Transaction Services and in Restructuring.
Raphaël graduated from EDHEC.
